I was browsing the internet for travel advice and came across an American organisation called the Travelers’ Century Club, which had very simple membership rules. You visit at least 100 different countries, states or dependencies to join. I thought ‘that can’t be difficult to achieve’, and started listing all the places I had been to.
I was short of 100 countries, by quite a lot!
Therefore I set myself a target after getting my new passport. 100 countries, ~10 per year and club membership by 2029. This blog is where it all starts.
